II MEETING OF FOOD ALLERGENS
The CITA2019 will host the II International Meeting of Food Allergens, organized by the Argentinean Platform of Food Allergens and the CITA.
These meeting will have the participation of well-known international experts such as Dr. Steve Taylor Co-Director of the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program from the University of Nebraska.
Some of the topics that will be developed during the meetings are food allergens labeling regulations, development of hypoallergenic foods, food allergic consumers needs, food allergens hazard analysis, and innovations in food allergens detection.
Competitions
This year´s event will include different competitions that will enable to show the talent and dinamism of entrepeneurs, students, researchers, consumers and R&D teams of food industries in Costa Rica.
